I spoke to Gary Shaw at the Showtime post fight press conference on Saturday June 8th at the Mohegan Sun Arena. I asked Shaw about the article I saw where it was announced Brett Rogers would be fighting Kimbo Slice sometime in October.
"That would be an awesome fight," Shaw said.
He did not go into much detail about it.
"Brett [Rogers] is better than he looks," Shaw said.
He also added that Brett Rogers needs to work more on his ground game, but then added that his fights are so quick we have yet to see him fight on the ground.
